IMMUNOASSAYS
Immunoassays in competitive and sandwich formats have been demonstrated on the Biofiniti® system; taking full advantage of its advanced fluidic capability.
Both electrochemical and optical-based detection systems have been implemented, resulting in high-sensitivity quantitative detection of target markers in complex samples.

MICROBIAL ASSAYS
Biofiniti® cartridges will carry out rapid and sensitive detection of live microorganisms.
Microbial assays rely on specific immunomagnetic separation of target cells, followed by measurement of the specific activity of intracellular enzymes. This enables rapid and specific quantification of live cells in complex samples.
